How does the online challenge work?

  • This online challenge works like a mini online course and it's designed for you to do the practice in 3 consecutive days.
  • During the 3-day challenge, you will receive an email every day where you will be taken to a Challenge webpage (like this page) with the intro video and practice video for the day.
  • Your Day 1 will start tomorrow- if you are not able to start the challenge tomorrow, you can do it at your preferred start time but the goal is 3 days of practice IN A ROW!
  • Please schedule in 10 mins in your diary for the daily practice for 3 days with the help of the Challenge tracker below.
  • Please join our private FB community so you can get support and encouragement for the challenge!
