• Doing a Sound bath with full stomach may affect the quality of your experience, try to eat at least two hours before.
• Give yourself some time to slow down and ease into a Sound bath so you and your body are ready to embrace the sonic journey. 
• Rest if you feel tired after the Sound Bath. During the Sound bath, you deep body cells are being "massaged" by the sonic waves even though you may not feel like you are doing much. As a result, your body may feel tired. 
• Drink water to help the detox process.
• Be gentle and listen to your body's needs  after the Sound bath
• It is recommended to have a gap of a few days between each Sound bath to give time for your body to recover from the sonic massage.
