Meridian Tapping & Qigong (Eight Silk Brocades) | ALL LEVELS
*Mondays | 1830-1930
This is a slow-paced movement class - a unique fusion of Meridian Tapping [拍打] and Qigong [气功] (Eight Silk Brocades [八段锦]))woven together to help you destress, rejuvenate and revitalise.
Participants will start with Meridian Tapping followed by Qigong movements (Eight Silk brocades) : slow-paced rhythmic and repetitive movements to harmonise the flow of Qi in your body. Guided Meditation may also be included as appropriate.
This class is ideal for those:
* navigating stress or emotional overwhelm
* seeking a slow-paced movement class to release anxiety and fatigue.
* interested to learn a new self-care technique – Meridian tapping & Eight Silk Brocades.

Yin and Yang Yoga | All levels

This Yin and Yang Yoga class is designed to bring you a well-balanced experience. This class combines yoga flow, standing asanas, balance asanas and deep stretches. Breath work may also be included approached.
Myofascial Release (MFR) + Yin Yoga | Gentle-Healing
*Fridays | 1830-1930
In this MFR + Yin Yoga class, you will marinate in long-held yin poses to lengthen your muscles & fascia (connective tissues) with use of lacrosse balls to release tension and create space in your body. Some breathwork and chanting may be included.
