Wrinkles at 35, Grey Hair at 42 and Menopause at 49....
If you are 40 or above, then just like me, you have reached a point in your life where you are seeing and feeling the signs of aging perhaps more than you like! e.g wrinkles, grey hair, aches and pains from too much walking, sitting, standing, looking? Or you are taking a longer time to recover after a long hike? Perhaps you are also getting worried about the prospect of menopause.

This is no surprise because as per Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the natural aging process of a woman's body starts at 35 with signs of wrinkles, grey hair at 42 and menopause starts at 49. So you are in your 40s, you want to act now.. urgently!
Work from INSIDE OUT and become your own Anti-aging Self-care Manager
It's time you take charge and become your own anti-aging self-care manager! Aging is inevitable but living in a constantly stressful environment can often lead to excessive burnout and speeding up the aging process. Using expensive face creams is masking the symptoms from OUTSIDE IN. Adopting anti-aging self-care practices and rituals means you are rejuvenating your body, heart and soul from INSIDE OUT which will support optimum aging in the long run.

Live in a well-nourished body
The word " to live " in Chinese 活 is made of three elements of droplets of water + thousand + mouth. So life is about keeping a thousand droplets of water in a month. In other words, we are advised to live in a well-nourished body- our precious temple for our heart, mind & soul- with a constant flow of fluid, energy and breath. This is what I mean to be "juicy".
Preserving 'vital essence' is key to youthful living
⠀⠀
According to TCM, our body and mind are kept well nourished by keeping three treasures of Jing 精( vital essence),Qi气(breath) and Shen 神 (spirit) in good supply and harmony.
Unfortunately, our 'vital essence' which determines our lifeforce and longevity is not unlimited in its supply. It will get used up like a candle burning away its wax. The key to anti-aging is to preserve this 'vital essence', as much as possible. For the woman's body, it is also crucial to keep a healthy blood flow going. The sooner you start to slow down your burning rate the better.
