Day 2 - Summary

  • In addition to practicing, we are also cultivating a habit of self-care on an ongoing basis.
  • Pai Da or tapping is an ancient Chinese healing art to help revitalise the Qi flow in your body- waking up the Qi soliders.
  • This practice should be avoided if you are prone to acute anxiety conditions or you are suffering from anxiety attacks.
  • The power of the practice comes from putting our attention with the movement "Wherever your attention goes, Qi will follow"
