Is life hardening you?

Living life In Flow is like being in love! Do you remember the last time you were in love? It feels like HOME- comfortable and safe. It feels like MOUNTAIN- stable and secured. It feels like WATER- soft and gentle. It feels like BLUE SKY- clear and open. It feels like CHOCOLATE- juicy and delicious. It feels like YOU – true and honest. It feels like LOVE- kind and warm. It feels like LIFE- fun and exhilarating.

We’ve all had moments of this, so what if you could access this, starting where you are now on a therapeutic yoga mat, for the rest of your time here, and live life loving it?

You are a human being

You are a human being and not a machine. Our human system works according to the natural order of spent, rest and recovery. When you aren’t allowing yourself time to rest and recover from the shock to your system that each bout of stress have caused, blocks start to form.

These blocks are further ingrained by unreleased tension, sticky habitual patterns, stagnation of energy and unresolved issues getting stuck in your tissues.

Over time these blocks will increase your chronic stress load and limit your freedom and flexibility in alignment, movement and mindset. If they are not addressed, they will lead to burnout, accelerated aging and frequent even serious health issues.

I know, I’ve been there. But as I’ve found out, it does not to be this way.
